Our raw hair is 100% unprocessed hair that is collected from one donor. It has never been chemically processed or had any heat applied to it. Raw hair comes in its natural state unlike virgin hair. Raw hair is the highest quality on the market.

Due to hygienic and sanitary reasons there is a strict "no refund" policy on used and opened product. No exceptions will be made. In order to be eligible for an exchange, extensions must be in original packaging: all labels & tags attached in the same manner that you received the extensions. Extensions must be unaltered meaning it has not been washed or co-washed, bleached, dyed or changed in any way.

We ship using USPS First Class or Priority. Orders placed Mon- Fri before 2:00pm will be processed & shipped the same day or next business day. Once orders are in the hands of USPS, we are no longer responsible for any delays as a result of the postal service. To track your order, use tracking number sent via email or manually enter tracking number on USPS website. Be sure to provide correct address to avoid returned packages as this will prolong processing & delivery times.
